Leasexpress have been partnering with Clearwater since December 2025 and in that short period of time, they have got mountain of work, fixing our systematically website, sorting our SEO and getting our paid digital marketing efforts underway. Now they are in the process of building our new website which we are so far, very happy with. I have really enjoyed working with Zach as our Account Manager and his team. They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and I look forward to continuing to build our momentum with Clearwater.

Very disappointing experience. We engaged Clearwater to manage our ad accounts at a cost of around $5,500 per month, expecting experienced support and strong results. Instead, we were paired with someone who management later admitted was very green and new to running ad accounts. Before engaging Clearwater, we had achieved stronger results elsewhere. During our time with them, we saw minimal improvement, very little fresh strategy, and much of the content and ads appeared to be recycled or renamed from campaigns that were already running. For the amount being charged, we expected expertise, leadership, and meaningful results. Unfortunately, the service did not meet that standard. Be careful before committing to this level of spend.

This is an agency worth every dollar spent. Initially, we were hesitant - not knowing what this sort of an agency provides. Essentially, what you are paying for is someone to do the work that emphasises your business. Not only do they manage this, but they manage it within your capabilities. Fortnightly catch ups mean that things are adjusted regularly to stay on track. They adjust ads, investigate down periods, liaise with other stakeholders, adjust the website and more. Our business is genuinely thriving and Clearwater, in particular, Zach, are a huge reason for this. The language used in every conversation is "we". Zach has become part of our business. He rides the high waves and corrects the low waves (as every business has!). They also have a no-obligation relationship, which means that you can opt out... which we haven't and wouldn't. We have been with them a year now and think that if Zach were to go anywhere, that we would be lost.
