This recent service was an ad-hoc call for a yellowjacket problem — Jayme was stellar!! He made a bad situation an easy and positive experience. Very appreciative to Jayme and ClearDefense.
Wanted to say Desmond was superb. Called to let us know he was 30 minutes out gave us enough time to open everything up turn on all the lights. Once he arrived we had to change up our treatment plan from outside first to treating inside he was able to make the adjustment no issue. Very personable as well. House looks great! (Web treatment) so happy we called to have clear defense return for treatments.
Friendly and professional, Desmond did an superb job! In the initial consultation, he identified the specific type of cockroach that I've been chasing and explained the ClearDefense treatment product and process. He was conscientious in covering perimeters and target areas inside the house and clearing the spider webs as he sprayed the exterior. Blake, our service technician, came out for a wasps nest and initial interior and exterior spray. He did an amazing job of explaining the process and what compounds they use that are pet and kid friendly. He was very efficient with this work and very friendly as well.
