its now been Three years since I've worked with Claro and they've helped me create my eCommerce store front. Since then i have never had any issues with the online aspect of my business. Whenever I wish to add features or make updates the team has been extremely quick at responding. The only time we've ran into issues on our website due to large influx of customers, Support was fixed the issue within the hour!

First of all I'm 100% sure most of the reviews here are fake. I want to advise you to please avoid them like the plague and don't commit the same mistake we did. You're better off spending your hard earned money on a reputable service that is actually professional and can deliver a good quality website. After months of stalling, very slow deliverables and having to wait for a long time just to see any progress made on the website and our team just patiently bearing with it all, these people decided to just take the money and leave us with a half-baked website that's barely functional and buggy as hell. Absolute trash, 100% don't recommend.

First of all, all of the reviews here are definitely misleading (most of them from accounts with 1 review, the rest are probably his friends). We've dealt with someone who promised he can deliver a complete website responding to our needs, in one month, now it has been 6 months, and while the website has been structured, most of the elements on it are not responsive, nor working. He has been extremely slow to respond to our requests, and we beared with him patiently, until he completely disappeared, leaving our website half completed. While in the process, it appeared that he has no programming knowledge, rather adventurism to make a side buck for something that was way above his capacity. We trusted him and paid all upfront (our fault), until we realise that this person is a scammer and a deceiver.
