The whatsapp reply from the customer service side was very fast during work hours, and able to tell me which shop (there are a few outlets in Singapore) has the stock for my samsung z flip 5's screen replacement. When I was at the shop, the front counter customer service was fast to ascertained my phone issue and i just showed the whatsapp message, told me within an hour will be fixed. They specifically asked me to leave the rubber band on for 24 hrs and if there is issues with the touch to go back to them as there is a 30 days warranty to it. The replacement for my z flip 5 inner screen took less than an hour and I can wait on the spot. There are cameras in the shop which gives customer a peace of mind that the phone will not be meddle with and they dont require you to unlock your phone for their lcd replacement service. I have z flip4 also have the same screen issue will go there to fix when i have the time to do so.

Was trying to fix the screen of my old iPhone 6 Plus and went to a few places which either didn’t have the white LCD or the price quoted was too high. Discovered Citri Mobile and whatassp them where they replied very promptly and informed me of the various options and prices. I selected the AAA grade for $35 and the process they took to replace was under an hour 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Was pleased that warranty is covered for 60 days. Now it looks really brand new. Super satisfied with their service.

I had a really positive experience with Citri Mobile. Although the initial repair timing wasn’t met, what stood out was their commitment to honoring their word. Their team followed up promptly and kept me updated throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. In the end, they went the extra mile by transferring spare parts from another outlet to their Tampines branch just to complete my phone repair. That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days. I’m grateful for their effort and integrity. Would definitely return again and highly recommend others to visit them! :))))))

Speedy replies on Whatsapp! Was able to schedule an appointment on the same day within a few hours. Staff was very nice and my devices were fixed in 2hours! Replaced the battery for my Ipad and Rear camera for my iphone 6a! One of the cheapest too! Highly recommend and will come back again!!

WA them before visiting. Fast response. Quick quotation. Friendly staff. Gave very detailed guide on how to get to shop. Change iPad battery - took only 1.5 hours. Plenty to coffeeshop to just sit and chill. Highly recommended.
