They built an app fully with bugs, they never got us the codes, they left with the money we paid. They even taken our name and logo on Slack and never gave it back. Unreliable company, horrible coding quality, and poor management. UPDATE: They just accused me being a bot, but check my profile, I am actually a Google Guide, so my reviews are actually more reliable than the average users. Their answer clearly shows their scammy behavior. To clarify the copyright infringement part of my comment, they created a Slack server with OUR company's name and logo, and they never gave it back, I can prove it I requested by email, and finally we had to start a legal dispute with Slack to get our domain back. (everything has been recorded and can prove in a legal setting)
Code quality is very bad, we had to rebuild 80% of the code. Also achieving deadlines is not something you should expect. Would not recommend working with Cinnamon. We now work with twee freelancers and we achieved more in 2 months then 10 months with Cinnamon, also the code quality is much much better now.
I can't share my personal experience because we weren't able to talk, I called a few people. But I've only heard good things about the company itself.
