Excellent service from Roberto at Ciaoweb. I'm a sole trader and fairly new to self-employment. Navigating all the IT by myself was a real challenge. However Roberto sorted out all my IT queries and helped me claim / set up my Google Business Profile and link this to my booking system so that I send out invites for Google reviews. I have nothing but good to say about the level of service received from CiaoWeb in helping design and set up our company website. Roberto's understanding of what we were looking to achieve was excellent. We were given a 7 day lead in to the website being up and running it was all completed in 3 days. His advice also saved me a lot of money where other companies had tried to sell me our domain at a profit Roberto advised to go and buy our domain and gave several suggestions about how we do that. We engaged Roberto of Ciaoweb to take over the management of our existing website and then to help with the setting up of a new one. This process - whilst ongoing - required a lot of problem solving and some ingenuity, but Roberto was equal to the task. We've been very happy with the arrangement. Most of our exchanges are online, but we also meet up once a month, which we find particularly helpful.
