Chevy's Bar and Bistro

I haven’t been back here for 5 or 6 years, and returning today felt a little like coming home. There’s something unique about this place, I can’t explain it, but it has a strange charm that keeps pulling people back. The first time I came here, I sat alone from 4 PM all the way till 9 PM. Today felt like a repeat of that first visit. I originally planned to have just one pint of Guinness Draught, but somehow that turned into 3 pints. 🫣 Oh, and one piece of advice: don’t drive here. Because you’ll always find a good reason to have one more drink… and stay a little longer. 😛

you’re anywhere near The Cheeky Bar (Chevy Bar), do yourself a favour and walk in. From the second you step through the door, you’re not treated like a customer… you’re treated like you’ve been coming there for years. The service is what sets this place apart. Genuine, attentive, and effortless. Nothing feels forced or scripted, just a team that actually cares about your experience and makes sure you’re looked after without hovering over you. A massive shoutout to Gordon, who runs the room like a pro. Calm, welcoming, and on point the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in making sure everyone feels comfortable and looked after. And then there’s Foust… absolute weapon behind the bar. Quick-witted, hilarious, and brings an energy that lifts the whole place. She’s got that rare ability to make you laugh while still delivering top-tier service. Easily one of the most memorable parts of the night. Together, they create an atmosphere that’s hard to leave. Great drinks, great vibe, and even better people. If you’re in Singapore and want somewhere that actually makes you feel welcome, this is it. What a fun and happy atmosphere! Cozy and friendly where everybody knows your name! That's the sign of a great bar! Love the live music here too where the band is as much a part of the crowd as the crowd itself!

a family atmosphere will give you a sanctuary feeling in crowded district. 10 year’s anniversary celebrated on 10.June! Vintage environment, friendly staff, good selection of drinks and bar food. Not to forget affordable prices ;) a classic western bar with a touch of Asia. Cheers!

This is an amazing bar, we were looking for that place away from the rat race, and walking past, we felt like this was the place. Before we knew it, we had a few pints on the table and had fantastic meals. Had to go back a few times. Great place and a must-see place.
