We approached Antonina Cherepkova's web studio about redesigning our publishing house's website. There were several key objectives: - migrate the website to a new, modern engine; - thoroughly update the design; - adapt the website for mobile devices; - connect the Robokassa online payment service to the online store; - install Yandex and Google ads. Considering that the publishing house's website was created over 10 years ago and was a combination online store and online library with several thousand pages, we naturally had some concerns about how smoothly the complete overhaul would go. The studio's team handled all the tasks brilliantly, and the updated version of the website was soon fully operational. So, what did we get in the end? The website has become more visually appealing, colorful, and easy to use. Site administration has been simplified. New editing options in the online store now allow customers to change the number of books selected in their cart, delete unwanted items, and search by full or partial title. The online store interface has become more intuitive, resulting in a 30% reduction in phone calls from customers who were unable to place an order online. More customers have begun paying for our books online using the Robokassa service. This is beneficial for us, as pre-paid books will be picked up at the post office. The number of website visitors has increased by approximately 40-50% (primarily due to mobile traffic), and the total number of orders has increased by 7% compared to the previous year.
