Guinness lover? Right place. Look at the plague and you'll understand why. And the fact that they have a 3-for-38 bundle it makes any Guinness lover smile, and the liver smile even more. Every glass is perfectly poured complete with the perfect dome. If you really am into the detail, this place is effortless in meeting your standards when it comes to the black stuff. Onwards to the deco and entire vibe of the place. Rocking old-school pop and rock, its easy, its uplifting, its familiar to some but cool for all. Great for conversation, best for a good time. Didn't order much food but the fries went perfect with the Guinness. Not soggy, hot, crispy. Coupled with the warm and loving service of the staff? Let's go. Cheers! Pun intended.

Nice chill bar with good atmosphere. I visited in the evening and had a pint of Guinness for $15. The place was pretty packed with people and loud music. The staffs there were friendly and attentive to the customers πŸ‘ I liked the decors and lighting of the place, it felt like a place that had its own personality and ambience. The Guinness was pretty good too, it was brewed well. πŸ‘

Love this hidden gem in Joo Chiat! Amazing atmosphere with classic ’80s and ’90s music that makes the whole place feel warm and nostalgic. I had my best Guinness at Cheeers Bistro & Bar! Food was delicious, prices are reasonable, and the vibe is perfect for just relaxing with friends after work. Samuel, the owner, is incredibly friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. You can really tell he puts his heart into the place. Will definitely keep coming back to Cheeers Bistro & Bar. Highly recommended!

I was blown away by how immaculate this place is - it truly brings the phrase 'cleanliness is happiness' to life. The owner Sam and crew are incredibly welcoming, and the sound system is so high-quality it feels like there’s a live singer in the room. We tried the mutton masala and the mutton samosa, both of which were outstanding. And a must-try: it’s easily the creamiest pint of Guinness I’ve ever had.

Went for their Sunday Roast. Chose the lamb. The gravy was draped over most part of the lamb. The gravy was yucky & super salty. The lamb was super dry & didn't appear to be fresh. Tasted like microwaved leftover lamb. The Yorkshire pudding tasted rubbery & seemed like something 'instant' & not freshly made. Gave feedback to the bartender but nothing was taken seriously. He disappeared & reappeared minutes later with the chef following behind. The chef stood form afar, sized me up, did not address my feedback & disappeared totally without a word. Another Caucasian couple seated at the table behind me ordered the Pork Knuckle each. I overheard them feedback to the server that the sauce was horrible & that the meal was underwhelming. The server immediately cleared the 02 unfinished plates of pork knuckle as instructed by the couple. I overheard the server return to the couple, apologise & provide the necessary follow-up. Seemed very discriminative as they totally brushed me off without addressing my feedback whereas they took the Caucasian couples' feedback seriously & followed up/ apologised etc. The lamb costed $35 which was decently priced, however, for that standard & quality, it was totally not worth that price. Definitely do not recommend the Sunday Roast at all to anyone considering it. The atmosphere & vibe of the bar is pretty ok thus the 03 stars. The server's vibe & attitude was lively & upbeat. The Bartender's attitude/ vibe etc. wasn't very friendly. He totally left me hanging without any follow-up at all. Thankfully, the server's attitude/vibe etc. compensated for that of the bartender's thus the 02 stars rating for the overall service. The food rating for the lamb should've been zero if possible. I was really hungry so i tried my best to finish up as much as I could but in the end I still couldn't. Will definitely not return to this venue in future for food as there are way better eateries around the Joo Chiat area. For better food quality, choice & vibe, I would highly recommend Mel's Place instead.
