They did a normal service for us and the red light that keeps blinking for 20 seconds before the air con turns on is no longer there. The previous Aircon servicing person from another company told us that it’s not a problem they can solve and it doesn’t matter as it doesn’t affect the working condition of the Aircon. Cost of single unit quoted: $40 When he arrived, immediately said need to charge "extra fee" to clean the fan blower. Priced doubled. Now $80. I checked my previous servicer. They don't charge extra for that. Ripoff pricing. Avoid.
Messaged in the morning, got my leaking air con fixed by evening. Technician was very thorough and meticulous, went to great lengths to locate and clean the air con pipe at the back of my place. Also very grateful to Joanne for her prompt replies and all her help with organising the servicing of my air con
Although I last minute reschedule my appointment , they still accomodated me in the friendliest manner possible. Once the technician arrived to do the servicing and able to get my aircon units working again immediately. There weren't any extra charges either, and he made sure to stick to the price we agreed upon beforehand. I really recommend this company and I hope their kind of service continues for a long long time.
They are very responsive in their replies and professional services as well by advising us what needed to be done and what to priorities first if let say you don't the budget yet to maintain till the next servicing. Will continue engaging with them again, thank you!
