Everyone goes to the Changi Village kopitiam, but I'm not sure if anyone knows tucked away at the corner is this bistro bar place. Haven't got a chance to try the food but had a couple of pints of Guinness and it was good and comfy. Each one at $11, its wonderful. Passed by in the evening and saw actually quite a lot of people as well with lots of beer flowing, great vibe! Cheers!

Had a beef burger that was beefy and delish. Fish & Chips were good. Enjoyed also our beer. Good service provided by James. Good ambience in a hawker centre.

Had dinner at Charlie’s on Saturday evening. Haven’t been here for years…way before i started looking at Google reviews. Happy to see that great food and ambience have not changed. Service is wonderful too. Family-run and feels like it (in the warm, welcoming sense). After years of eating the always-excellent fish n chips, I tried Charlie’s burger (house special) for a change…was really tasty. I’ll be back again to try the bacon cheese burger that Aunty recommended.

Food was nostalgia for me. Wish I could stomach more. Root beer float had the correct root beer taste. My chilli dog had baked beans cooked into it. Spice level was good for me. Charlie burger had that whole slice of pineapple (canned). The songs played were what used to be played in my house whilst growing up. Uncle Charlie was very chatty and shared about Changi Village. Really good place to hang out! Totally OG! Worth it!
