A very negative experience. I do not recommend CHALLENGE STUDIO Sp. z o.o. The collaboration was disappointing in terms of quality and client-centered approach. The project we received is of very poor quality and unsuitable for practical use. Instead of a constructive solution to the problem, there was a shifting of responsibility, formal explanations, and an insistence on closing the issue. Challenge's approach is uncritical. There is a lack of partnership and an understanding that the client pays for the outcome, not the process itself. Furthermore, after submitting our comments, access to the materials was disabled, which only deepened the distrust of the collaboration. In our opinion, the price-to-quality ratio was very poor. Before accepting the terms of cooperation with this agency, it is worth checking the publicly available documents and the company's financial results in the National Court Register.

The best!! Their customer-focused approach, excellent understanding and sensitivity to client needs, and top-notch execution. They're always willing to offer advice and pay attention to every detail, which is probably what I value most. 😊 I've used the services of CHALLENGE Studio several times and have been delighted with the results each time. We'll definitely be working with them again. 😉
