Absolute trash company with zero integrity or accountability. I was promised huge increases in AI rankings on google from their Hello Nation program and exclusivity.Then they offered the same program to my largest competitor! I was told it would be $3000 for the year. It was $3000 just to record the videos which took less than an hour, and $1000 per month to run them. Then they werent even running the videos and still charging me! Zero impact to google AI overview, its all lies and misrepresentation. Do not fall for this scam! I have expressed my unhappiness many times and all they do is say "oh im so sorry...." Give me my ten grand back you crooks. I still have a few months until the end of my contract that they love to bring up. I absolutely hate paying that bill each month and cant wait to be done with this scandalous crooked company. Im making sure to warn everyone in my area NOT to fall for their scam.

I work for a company who had hired CGI to create and manage their website. We contacted CGI for a simple change to our website - adding a mandatory acceptance button to a contact us form on the site - I sent a note to our existing rep and received a response from a completely new person saying they would be our new rep (zero proactive communication) who said she would look into feasibility. After taking nearly a week our rep sent confirmation that they could do the project (anybody could do this project with the right access). It's now been nearly a month since I was told the project would be done and I cannot get ahold of our rep - I've emailed and called multiple times - hoping to hear back from one of the managers at this point, but still nothing. The project is not complete and the web form doesn't appear to even be working. Our company paying CGI nearly $4,000 a year to do very little and when we ask to have something done... crickets.

Extremely disappointing experience with CGI Communications. The company overpromises and underdelivers. Communication was poor throughout the process — emails went unanswered for days or weeks, and when someone did respond, it often felt like they hadn’t actually read the question or concern. The final product was rushed and didn’t reflect what was discussed. For a company that markets itself as a communications and marketing expert, the lack of professionalism and follow-through was surprising. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Attended a sales call and it was incredibly unprofessional. The sales person (James Podanoffsky?) never introduced himself, joked about my name, then attempted to belittle me on a group call by asking quiz questions. Never experienced anything like this in my life.

The "The Gabby's" At CGI are awesome, as well as the entire staff. They take their time to explain everything and work with me. Very friendly and quick to respond. Getting me taken care of in a matter of moments. I would not use anyone else.
