I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I reached out to get a quotation for an ERP system, and the entire process was marked by poor client service and unprofessional communication. Not only did they take their time to respond, but when they did call back, their representative was rude and lacked basic communication skills. For a company that claims to provide professional services, this level of customer service is unacceptable. If they can't handle a simple inquiry properly, I have serious doubts about their ability to deliver on larger projects. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.
