I can't say enough about Centex Technologies and their team of top-notch technicians. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and you can't beat their response time. A special shout-out to Justin Beach for a job well done on our most recent technological adventure.

Very easy check-in process. Nice, clean office, testing room, & individual testing desks. Staff was very polite, friendly, & helpful!! I was very happy there was a testing proctor in town & I didn't need to go to Austin or Waco!! The last time I had a proctor exam, I had to go to Waco so while not a tragedy, it just takes extra time because of the traveling. There is no parking along the street in front of the building (it's downtown)but there is a parking lot available across the street. There weren't any handicap spots though, which is helpful with my wheelchair. Parking wasn't an issue but getting back into my van after testing was a bit of a pain, physically and mentally, because the vehicle next to me got too close when they parked. The only mid-grade problem I had was because it's an older building & does not an ADA accessible front door entrance. There are 2 or 3 concrete steps. I'm in a wheelchair, so I was afraid I couldn't do my test. I kinda panicked for a second lol then gathered my thoughts & I rang their delivery doorbell. A very sweet lady came to the door & saw my predicament. She locked up the front door & led me through a side door that had a metal ramp I was able to use to get myself up & into the building. If you have any similar physical limitations, I'd suggest calling before you go to let them know. They were very helpful once they knew I needed assistance!!

Centex Technologies has been my go to IT company. Abdul and his team take the "unknown" out of the technology. Centex has worked with our SEO, website development, and always takes care of any computer issues as they arise. I can call them and usually have a "fix" within the day. I really appreciate the professionalism of the entire team.
