5 stars. Trevor Cellino was great to work with and made the whole experience feel easy from the start. He was professional, straightforward, and made me feel like I was in good hands. Antonio Medina and Jake DiGiacomo were also excellent — friendly, respectful, and hardworking. What really stood out was the energy of the team. You could tell morale was high and that they genuinely enjoy working together, and that absolutely showed in their work. The whole experience was positive, and I’d definitely recommend Trevor, Antonio, Jake, and the Cellino team.
The service that we received from Sam our representative was outstanding He had to come to the house many times due to water in our basement! He was relentless in trying to keep the basement dry as best as he could He was so hard working, diligent courteous and went above and beyond working here! We’ve never before experienced such a high quality service He truly represents your company at a high standard!!
Ed was the best! Not only did he go above and beyond in fixing our basement toilet, he even helped us fix our license plate frame on our car when we mentioned we didn’t have the right tool for it. Ed was very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend Cellino for future services. Taylor also did a great job in coordinating the scheduling. Thanks all!

The Cellino technician was very professional and courteous. He explained more about what I requested to be done and what I would require to get it done. We worked out a plan that was agreeable to me to proceed. The $16 a month membership plan was very attractive however I already pay my HVAC installers to do the annual furnace and AC check which includes my generator. However, I have a request/suggestion: Would it be possible to trade off the heating and AC check for something like 1. Sump Pump Check 2. Exterior Caulking Remediation eg windows, doors, vents, external wiring, dryer vent etc 3. External Airflow Vent Check 4. An Insulation Review? I’d like to see a check list for these as well. Maybe have homeowners “Select” which maintenance issues they would like. Thank you for listening.
