One of the best seminar I’ve ever had! The presenter explained very well about their vision and mission and how to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right place.
Horrible experience with CCY. Had a couple of domains hosted with them with issues across the years. Very slow resolution to issues and constantly playing the blame game. Incompetent at solving even basic mailing or DNS issues. Then when we’re done paying their exorbitant domain renewal fees (RM500 yearly per domain for doing nothing), they made it very difficult for us to transfer out our domains from their hosting provider. Constantly acting dumb, refusing to comply with domain transfers and even leaving us on seen on WhatsApp on multiple occasions. I quote from the support staff: “if you don’t want to go through all this hassle you can just continue with our services.”
