We were looking to replace our home’s dated and worn-out panels and other electrical components, and requested estimates from a few electricians. Castle Electric responded promptly to our request and scheduled a convenient time for an on-site estimate. Josiah arrived on-time and was courteous and professional. He conducted an in-depth inspection of our system, pointed out areas of concern, and checked items that other companies didn’t look at. He was able to give us an estimate on the spot, and emailed me the link for further review. Castle Electric’s estimate was fair and came in slightly lower than others while offering more. We signed the estimate online, and a representative from the company called the next day to book the appointment. On the day of the install, Brian and Marc arrived promptly and got right to work. They were professional and efficient, and took the time to explain what they were going to do. The field manager, Mike, also stopped by to introduce himself and address any questions we might have had. The project was completed in two days, and we’re very happy with the workmanship and end result. Castle Electric took our old, decrepit electrical system and replaced it with a modern, code-compliant one at a great price. I highly recommend Castle Electric for anyone looking for an excellent electrician.

My new ceiling fan/ light is wonderful! Matt installed, kept me informed during process, explained fixtures and was thoroughly professional and pleasant! A great experience and would recommend Castle Electric. Will use again in future.

Came on time that was scheduled. Respectful, polite, listened to our issue. Provided solutions and up front prices before doing any work. Once we agreed on solution, started working right away. Went over what he did and showed us. Very happy with work and overall experience. Will definitely be using them first for all my electrical needs moving forward. I had a great experience with Castle Electric. Matthew S. was excellent—professional, thoughtful, and very skilled. He came with another electrician, Jonas, and they both arrived right within the scheduled time window. This was not an easy job, as they had to open walls to add new electrical outlets. They took the time to think through the work carefully and clearly explained their approach before starting, which I really appreciated. The job took about four hours, and throughout the process they remained focused, efficient, and respectful of the space. When they finished, everything was working perfectly, and they left the area spotless. They were also very pleasant to work with—professional and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend Castle Electric.

Jessica was fantastic! She identified the issue quickly, gave multiple paths forward with varying prices and talked me through each so that I was an informed consumer. She even made sure to check the box behind our wall oven -and thank goodness she did - because she found the issue had completely melted the plastic within the box and we were are risk of a fire! She even took a look at a few other issues we were concerned about and helped us plan for the future - where they will be my first call. Highly recommended going with Castle and requesting Jessica!
