Casa de Campo Hotel is truly special — we absolutely love it here. It’s incredibly family-friendly and perfect for traveling with babies. The kiddy pool is amazing and made our stay so easy and enjoyable. I’m also obsessed with the gym — one of the best resort gyms I’ve experienced. And Lagos breakfast… wow. Easily one of the highlights of the trip — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully done. Between the amenities, atmosphere, and overall experience, this place is top tier. Already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed in a private villa with our extended family and it was an absolute dream. Having our own golf carts made zipping around to Minitas Beach Club and the pools so much fun. The villa staff, Maria Rodriguez and Elvis M. took flawless care of us, cooking amazing breakfasts in our home every morning and keeping the villa perfect for the family. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. From the wedding at the stunning Altos de Chavón artisan village to Minitas Beach, there was something for everyone. Highly recommend this spot for a luxurious, secure family getaway!"

This is a dream come true. Casa de Campo is an absolutely breathtaking piece of paradise. The entire property is impeccably clean, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide the ultimate luxury, comfort, and relaxation. The private beach is simply spectacular, with crystal-clear water and a peaceful atmosphere. The hospitality provided by the people of La Romana is outstanding—far superior to what I've experienced in Punta Cana. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly make a difference. La Romana Airport is another major advantage. It's small, efficient, and stress-free, making both arrival and departure quick and easy. Best of all, it's only a short drive from Casa de Campo Resort. I recommend this place 200%. It's an unforgettable destination, and I can't wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Casa de Campo. We stayed in the Premium Suits and the room was absolutely breathtaking. The view was incredible from every location, amenities are insane, and the staff provides top tier service. They provide golf carts to get around but also shuttle service as needed. Euri helped shuttle us around during our stay and even saved us a few times when we were running late to a few spots. We also had the same server Alberto each morning who was amazing. I highly recommend staying here and also recommend the all inclusive package! We will be back.

We drove over an hour from Punta Cana to visit Altos de Chavón, something we were genuinely excited about and planned our entire afternoon around. When we arrived at the Casa de Campo main gate, we were denied entry without any clear explanation. No private event was mentioned, no alternative was offered, and no one attempted to help us understand what was happening. The employee at the gate, Ysabel, was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. Her tone made it clear she had no interest in helping us, even after we tried every reasonable option — requesting a day pass, offering to book a spa service, and even escalating to a manager. Every response we received was cold, unprofessional, and delivered with an attitude that made an already frustrating situation feel worse. What shocked us most was the total lack of hospitality. For a resort that markets itself as a luxury destination, the treatment we received at the gate was the opposite of welcoming. We weren’t given a reason for the refusal, we weren’t offered a solution, and we weren’t treated with even basic courtesy. After this experience, I can confidently say we would never consider booking a stay at this resort in the future. If this is how visitors are treated before even stepping foot inside, I can’t imagine trusting them with an entire vacation. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I hope Casa de Campo leadership takes a serious look at how guests and visitors are being treated at the gate — especially by staff like Ysabel.
