My rating is 4. This is because Carlos's professionalism is evident and reflected in his teaching methodology. He's direct, practical, realistic, and above all, up-to-date. I'm about to finish my Master's in Marketing, and I see that practical, real-world application is what truly opens our eyes and gets our brains working, not just absorbing theory and information, but actually producing and sharing knowledge. It's a very good course, and I'm not giving it 5 stars because I think it would be excellent if it encouraged interaction among all the students. You also learn from your colleagues. Thank you.
