Great repair work by Caredy and his team! He went out of his way to squeeze me into his busy schedule. It turned out to be a tricky power PCB issue, and he actually took two trips to source the exact parts. What impressed me most was his honesty,he was fully prepared not to charge me for the initial part when the diagnosis shifted, ensuring I only paid for the actual fix. Very efficient, transparent, and highly recommended if you want a technician you can truly trust!

Enquiring and booking with Caredy (Jin Teck) was easy and straightforward. Servicing appointment was confirmed within the day and Jin Teck showed up on time. He was able to explain clearly what to be expected of the servicing of AC units. Some much needed AC maintenance knowledge was shared by Jin Teck as well. All in all, a fuss-free and happy experience with Caredy. Will definitely contact them for the next AC servicing appointment.

Just stick to this man, he guide you through all the way, very honest. I mean, he puts his face in his advertising because he is very confident about his quality of work and reputation.
