As a traditional media agency, I had some trepidation when I started working with Carbon through a shared client. I was quickly impressed by Alana's opened mind and incredible work ethic but that was just the start. We began to immediately work as a team. She has an attention to detail I've rarely seem and never personally experienced. Her understanding of digital media is outstanding and she is open to all ideas and willing to change her mind or stick to her opinion based on the facts. You will not be disappointed in working with her and her a great team that executes any plans to perfection.

There are so many people becoming social media consultants and marketing consultants these days, that you have many to chose from. I would never even consider changing from Carbon Creative and Alana! She does such a great job that I often forget that she is not strictly an employee of Keith's Appliances! The two things that stand out the most for me are her impressive response times to every email and phone call from every single employee of this company. As well as the level of care she has for this company as a whole. She not only cares about our success, but for the success of every member of its staff. Highly recommend!
