CANTV's main offices in Acarigua. Located on Avenida Alianza, one block up from Plaza Bolívar in Acarigua. The facilities are closed due to COVID-19. However, there are notes on the glass door with WhatsApp numbers where you can receive assistance.

Previously, the service was good, but currently, due to a lack of competent staff, the service has become ineffective. Therefore, we must be reasonable and give it a poor rating so that the people of Acarigua know how bad the situation is in the country right now. Unfortunately, services are not being delivered optimally due to the same lack of investment in the various departments. Those who live in the surrounding areas and use the service have every right to express their opinion of the service CANTV currently provides. We hope that the service will soon return to its previous level or even improve.

Unfortunately, the consumer, who ultimately pays for the company's services, also pays for the services of its employees and the security and surveillance personnel. These employees should be taking classes in civic responsibility, good manners, and customer service and respect for the public, who spend hours standing in line under the blazing sun or in a downpour if it's raining. This is a far cry from the way the young woman treated customers with the tablet. That's the attitude of a true public servant.

The service is terrible and inefficient. They don't care that people waste their entire morning standing in line outside. It seems like the office's motto is to serve as few customers as possible throughout the day. If you arrive at 11:30, you're expected back at 1:00 PM, but if there's no one left in line by 2:00 PM, they're already closing. They resolve absolutely nothing. I submitted my application for a phone line over three months ago, and they still haven't responded. They make you wait for hours outside, and when you finally get in, you think you'll speed up the process. You still have to wait a long time inside the office. You see employees on their cell phones with absolutely no respect for the customers' time. Public services are getting worse every day—a sad reality!
