The staff were very kind and helpful. They explained everything I didn't understand to me. The work was done quickly and with care.
Scammers. First they told me the lens I wanted to buy wasn't in stock. When I showed them a screenshot of their website, they changed their minds. When they appraised the lens I wanted to sell, they said it was opaque and offered me next to nothing. I understand they want to make a profit, but they shouldn't treat me like an idiot, even though I'm a foreigner. A secondhand shop valued it for three times as much. Very disappointed.
I came to the store to buy a camera. It was my first time, but they were very polite and helpful. If you have any cameras lying around, please come and see them.
Since it's close to my house, I often go there. I order photos from my smartphone or disc to be developed, then wait in the store while I buy my photo album. When I was buying a photo album, the female clerk at the register smiled and explained to me that if I wanted more pages in this album, I could just buy the pages inside. Recently, I made an appointment to visit the store to get an explanation of TONE Mobile. As others have said, the clerk, Ms. E, is extremely nice! She has a very even-keeled personality (but without coming across as cold), and she doesn't overly smile, so I don't feel tired at all. She also creates an atmosphere where I feel comfortable asking any questions. She doesn't overly smile, but her thoughtfulness is evident in every detail. I went on a rainy day, and she put the handouts in a clear folder and quickly taped up small items like business cards and other cards. She was also considerate when explaining things like monthly smartphone fees, and her explanations of how to use the screen were very smart and easy to understand. I'd like to continue using her services, and I hope she doesn't get transferred! LOL I've never used it, but there's a photo studio called Studio Mario at the back of the store, and it seems to be busy taking photos there lately, probably because it's Shichi-Go-San season. I'd like to try it with my kids.
I called to ask if they could service the retro light meter while I was developing film I had taken with a retro camera from around 47-48 years ago that didn't have a light meter. They were very polite and said they would look into it, so when I brought it in they made careful notes and another member of staff made enquiries about the manufacturer and other things, and in the end it was quite old (40 years old) so they couldn't service it, but they were so kind and helpful I'm really impressed. They were very nice.
