Very bad Developer substandard no water no electricity no internet providers only one internet providers allow stream tech, I am really disappointed bought house this subdivision expensive and low quality, I bought the biggest unit now i am really regrets.

The houses were built without parking space. The cars are parked in the street. The streets are narrow and there are many steep uphills and downhills like you are in Baguio. Difficult to walk around because of this. There's a creek beside it. It's peaceful because there are few people in the neighborhood. I think the owners were either abroad or working in manila.

Camella houses features modern contemporary design. The floor plan features of this modern house design are, covered front porch, balcony over garage, walk-in closet on the master's bedroom. The ground floor consist of living area, kitchen, dining area and toilet and bath. It is more practical to buy a house and lot as you no longer need to hire architects, contractors, engineers, as well as process and secure permits.

For a family that has a lot of student in the house hold. They could use a silent and peacefull place and this is one that could be the answer to a problem that could help a student to be able to study well more. Its not only safe but also peacefull and quite.
