As person that is a long term renter in the area. the main office if your have complains, like what happen to me i had ask many questions about wieght limits, or issues. we have rented 2 house and each house has its own issues. one house was house infested by termites made the house unlive-able could use the stair you could fall throught it. another house we are in now. got told my vehicle was fine and wont pose an issue for parking, well my ranger broke the water main pipe. next time it happen we wont be paying we just move out. ok let me tell you about the hoa president, never met the person but what i can tell you from over hearing what they like complaining about you and not realising your beside the phone, very rude, never gave us a welcome hello or welcome to the community nothing and i always say got to the place your thinking about buying into if you are thinking into buying into the area i will tell you hell no. next issue water, its not clean been getting sick from it. there isnt a water meter so there isnt any way for them to realy charge you it just a bill share to everyone. a lot of us wont pay and i completly agree. if you buy into the area you will be buying into a lot of falus promises, fake words and a lot of drama. the community is divided a lot of people are conisiding selling up and leave hell im also thinking of leaving too. the drama is too much. getting force to pay for someone else bill is too much and pretty much pushing our family to look else where to rent and possible to buy. aaa ALso if your conisding renting to buy double check with your bank on the banks value of the property as Camella has over value their house from 3 to 1.5 million there latest additions from what was push to me were over 9 million for 3 million house with next to no parking do your own reserch and i hope this help you steer clear from this place.

Blessed Day to all..my concern is here in Camella Heights Minien East, Santa Barbara, Pangasinan. We have been patient here for a long time because there is no good supply of water and it is still dirty. It is sad to think that people will pay here which is good and many have left and many have complained because they still have no action, only promises are made by those in office you can't talk to them properly. There are many policies but the problem here in (Camella Heights Minien East Santa Barbara, Pang) is that we don't know when we will have clean water and a good supply of water here. It's not good here. many people get sick because of dirty water. this Camella has a lot of problems. I hope action can be taken here and the higher ups will know what problem we have here. that's our only concern here. thank you and Godbless to all of🙏
