My sister in law bought 1 unit and make full payment last year March 2025 but until now January 2026the unit is not complete.. no after sales support.. hard to contact the incharged and zero update on the status of the unit.. we hope some can help us on this matter. It's hard to make follow up at thier office the fact that we are here in Surigao del norte
Pros: peaceful, secure, clean Cons: houses are substandard construction, tap water starts at 12 noon; transportation: there is only one shuttle. so, if the driver is out for the day, you'll have to walk all the way to the gate to get a tricycle cab.
Low quality housing project offered at a high premium. This is not investment grade housing. I can only recommend that would be purchasers check out the condition of houses which are 2-3 years old.
Great place to live. Very clean and secure. HOS is pretty good maintaining the property, Only drawback is the construction still going on in Phase 7 of the subdivision, so you still have truck traffic going in and out of this place.. overall recommended because is in the city limits so only 5 to 10 minutes to everything.
We visit here often and community is peaceful and secure. Friendly guards and neighbors. There is a shuttle to pick passengers from time to time, 15-20 minutes interval in the mornings. Waste segregation is NEEDED for the garbage collector to pick up your trash and they visit every week. Downside is the small road. It's hard to park a car in the townhouses.
