Great service! Not only did they a clean and tidy oil change, they did a full inspection & recommended a transmission oil change for me. As my car is 8 years old, they also suggest not to over maintain the car if I am not planning to keep it after 10 years. After seeing numerous positive reviews on Google, I decided to give them a try and do my car servicing here. Here's a detailed review of my experience: After reaching the workshop, which is conveniently located inside the Caltex petrol station, I was told by Marcus that the servicing would take about 2 hours and to come back later. While my car was getting serviced, I was updated by Marcus that there were 3 issues with my car: 1) Auto Transmission Oil due for change 2) Engine oil cap leaking oil 3) Air filter dirty Pictures were also sent to me to show that there were indeed these issues. Some workshops just tell you there are issues but don't send pictures so you just have to take their word for it that your car indeed have those issues. Marcus then asked whether I would like to proceed to change these 3 items. However, I wasn't told what the cost was. Based on the other reviews here regarding price transparency, I thought I would be given the cost upfront before being asked if I would like to proceed. As I didn't want any shock in my bill later, I had to ask for the cost and was then quoted: 1) AUTO OIL $140 2) OIL CAP - $30 3) ORIGINAL AIR FILTER - $25 DENSO This cost is on top of the servicing cost. While this isn't the cheapest quote, it seemed reasonable so I agreed to proceed with the changes. As for the servicing cost, there were 2 packages: 1) Signature Servicing Bundle @ $118 (Includes 1x Car Servicing) 2) Corporate Membership @ $188 (Includes 2x Car Servicing, 10% discount, and some other perks). I decided to go with the Corporate Membership and the total bill came down to $379.30 (including GST). Overall, the servicing took about 2.5 hours and I would consider it a decently pleasant experience. I would still do my next servicing here (also because I bought the Corporate Membership), and would recommend anyone who wants to have their car serviced to give them a try. Thanks to Marcus and his team for servicing my car. Hopefully this review has provided some insight and pricing transparency for anyone who is considering to have their car serviced here.

Needed a place to service my car and chance upon this shop since nearby and have some promo going on. Whole experience was smooth and positive. Mechanics did their checks, took photos of the findings and showed me, which not many will do. For the fact that they explained on the findings and did not push for sale is already good ethics.
