Terrible customer service and attention. They literally treat you like they're doing you a favor. I tried to hire their services three times, and all three times the service was awful. They simply stop responding on WhatsApp, they don't clarify anything, and when you go to their location, they treat you badly. Judging by the comments, I'm not the first, and they just don't improve that aspect; they just give customers the runaround. It's a shame.
