Excellent service from the team at Officeworks Busselton. I recently had my book manuscript printed and the whole process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, helpful, and happy to answer my questions, making the experience very smooth from start to finish. The print quality was great, turnaround was exceptionally fast, and everything was completed exactly as requested. From emailing the documents while instore to walking out with my book printed and ready to review was less than 6 minutes. I really appreciated the professional service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone needing printing or document services.

Absolutely phenomenal. I always have fun in Officeworks but my last visit there was so excellent I simply had to give credit where it's due, and no, its not for the chance to win a $500 gift voucher (although I dare say I would have entered had I kept my receipt) Mark is fantastic. Great authentic, humble helpful vibe. Went above and beyond. He helped me find the perfect macbook for me and it was 10 out of 10 service excellence. Nae is also a hilarious fresh-air addition to the checkout experience. Anyone who doesn't enjoy their time at Officeworks Busselton clearly is the problem.

Declan from Office works, Busselton assisted me with my Brother laser printer purchased from Office Works from their on line retail, 2 yrs 6 months ago. I am very pleased with the support and willingness to resolve the issues with my printer. The service provided was exemplary and I left the shop with my printer restored and fully operational.

i went to officeworks again last Tuesday afternoon to print out some photos and due to my prior experience i walked in with low expectations, but as i got to p&c the young girl treated me much better than the employee i handled with before and gave exceptional customer service. i might be wrong but i think she was a junior with the name Olivia if i remember correctly, its surprising how a junior can treat me with more respect and give a much better experience than an adult worker, young olivia surely proved that one bad apple does not ruin the batch!

This store is absolutely wonderful i was kindly greeted by a member named Darcie who took her time to help me with finding what i was looking for. Very much appreciated and thankful for her help!
