Love this place. Bought a left-facing power adapter but found that it won't fit where I wanted to use it for. Went back to the shop and managed to change it for another item which fits. The staff was very helpful.

Purchased an Arlec heater from Bunnings Warehouse that failed just one month after the 1-year warranty expired. When I brought it back, staff told me they would have honored it if I had returned it “two days earlier.” That response was disappointing and felt completely disconnected from basic customer service and common sense. A heater is not a disposable product that should fail after 13 months of normal use. The fact that the store acknowledged they would have helped days earlier only made the experience more frustrating. Instead of standing behind the product in any meaningful way, they chose to hide behind a technicality over a matter of weeks. Very poor experience. I expected better support and better product quality from a major retailer.

Great customer service as usual but am still yet to bump into an actual tradesman on staff that can help fellow tradies with in depth knowledge. But yeah cant complain their kind smiles is enough for me lol

We are staying at Amity apartments Melbourne Street and pulled into the driveway. A trade car was parked quite away from the wall and not within its parking bay and tradies with tools on ground. I waited for one of the tradies to move the tools aside before I passed. When I was trying to avoid the car parked outside the parking bay I accidentally ran over a tape measure. One of your tradesman abused me 3 times which has left me very shaken. Not a good ambassador for your company. I now fear he will damage our rental car out of spite. The older man apologised, as did I but the younger one was so aggressive and rude.
