Did my reno of both bathrooms in Dec-Jan, and I'm truly appreciative of Vincent's and Roy's work. Their sincerity to meet customers' expectation was beyond words. They would go the extra mile to ensure that we were fully satisfied. No complaints of them. They made no judgement of customers and provides very timely updates of the works done. Timeline was met and all rectification were completed very efficiently. Handover was prompt. Roy has made multiple trips to our place to ensure that all works and rectification were up to standard. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs renovation. Prices were transparent and honest too. They are one company that was randomly found on Google, and I have no regrets hiring them. I’m extremely happy with my recent bathroom makeover. I removed the old bathtub and had the shower area fully retiled, and the results are fantastic. The contractor handled everything smoothly - from demolition to water proofing to the final tiling Workmanship is neat, detailed and professionally done. The whole space feels more spacious, modern and much easier to maintain. Highly recommend Vincent’s services for anyone considering a bathroom upgrade!

Vincent is very responsive to messages, straightforward and clear in his communication. He gave good advice on how to coordinate with other vendors engaged and helped call them to clarify. His team finished the job exactly on schedule as promised. There were 1 or 2 hiccups that arose, but I appreciate that he was always quick to address and rectify the issues. Price seemed reasonable compared to all the other contractors and IDs I met and there were no hidden costs. Quality seems good so far, am especially happy with the partition and carpentry work. Would recommend!
