If German cuisine and Singaporean flavours had a baby… Brotzeit's 20th Anniversary menu would be it! It sounds kinda crazy but somehow works! Welcome to Brotzeit, Singapore’s beloved German beer bar and restaurant, celebrating 20 years with a limited-time anniversary menu! First bite and boom... their signature crispy pork knuckle had a 24-hour mala makeover. Super flavourful and yet so tender! Next up — the salted egg chicken schnitzel comes Crispy, golden, and coated with that savoury cereal crunch… a schnitzel upgrade i would recommend. Now comes the plot twist. German spätzle meets Singapore laksa — chewy egg pasta swimming in a rich lobster laksa broth and [topped with grilled lobster tail. From Mala bratwurst to Sichuan-inspired dumplings, every dish is a fun East-meets-West experiment. And pair it all with a special Bo Chup Singapore Lager, in collaboration with local craft beer brand Bo Chup, lets raise a glass, and prost to 20 years of Brotzeit! Hurry as the new menu only till 26 August at all Brotzeit outlets!

Came here on my birthday last month. We had some beer on barrel, the warsteiner premium lager. A sharing platter, fried button mushrooms and a rosti. For a 3 ppl group, the sharing platter was a little bit too big. It was indicated on the menu it is for 3-4 people to share. I guess we needed the 4th person. Anyway, we didn't expect the portion to be super generous. Especially the pork knuckle, you have to eat it while it's hot, otherwise it would become dry on the inside once it cools down. The sausages were good, they were accomodating as well to switch out a few pork sausages for chicken as we had a friend that couldn't eat pork. The rosti was pretty standard, I would've eaten the whole lot if we managed to finish the platter. As mushrooms were a personal favourite of mine, I finished them all.

I never ordering spatzle again, honestly the meal would quite bland. Just wanted to try german egg noodle. Tastes like very normal noodles cut into pieces without much seasoning, was just trying my to swallow the food

22-Apr-2026 (Tue) Very quiet during lunch time. Able to seat indoors with some aircon was nice in a hot afternoon. 👍🏻 The beef tenderloin and fried szechuan ribs were still our favourites! 👍🏻👍🏻 The hollandaise sauce for the spargel was "off" taste and the portion given was too small. 👎🏻 The meat was rather dry and have a "weird" texture for the Bavarian honey ribs, and sauce was kinda of overpowering. 👎🏻 Lastly, the Fladen was rather "oily". 👎🏻 13-Aug-2025 (Wed) No queue during lunch time. German size portion to match value. The skin of the pork knuckle super crunchy, the meat was abit tough though. The curry sauce tasted like maggi chilli sauce instead of the original german currywurst sauce which make the dish a disappointment.
