Great company, great service - being a printing company we get a lot of website requests so I pass them on and all clients say they have been 100% satisfied with the service provided. I use a cloud storage system from Bright Spark Media and it works perfectly. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody!
As a business owner, I don't want to be bogged down with website / wordpress technical stuff. I want to focus on marketing, sales and customer service. However we are not a big enough company to have our own in-house technicians so outsourcing the work to Bright Spark Media makes perfect sense. They are knowledgeable, personable and are nice to talk to - communicating in a way that is easy to understand.
Our site is perfect! It is easy to navigate. The support has been remarkable for WordPress; if I don't understand something, or can't accomplish a task, Bright Spark Media is very responsive and they lead me in the correct way. We are amazed from where traffic to our site comes; we are a moderate sized highly specialised property investment company and now we are having global visitors.
