Best Quality Electric did an amazing job upgrading my fuse panel and installing my EV charger. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, on time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was clean and completed with great attention to detail. It’s hard to find contractors this reliable and honest these days. I highly recommend Best Quality Electric for all electrical work, especially panel upgrades and EV charger installations!

BQ installed LED replacement hi hats and a completely new electrical panel + whole house surge protector in my home on 4/13/26. From the moment I contacted them, everything was handled in a most professional and courteous manner. Scheduling was super easy, the kept in contact via phone and text to verify the service appointment and time of arrival and "the two Davids" (technicians) were outstanding in every possible way. They covered the entire work areas with plastic sheeting and after they finished, the home was spotlessly clean. I am totally pleased with their work. I am a BQ customer for life!

Excellent experience from start to finish I can't say enough good things about B Q Electric. From the very first phone call, Kaitlyn — their Service Dispatcher and Project Coordinator — has been wonderful. She's so nice, cordial, and great at what she does. She arranges everything seamlessly and is a real pleasure to speak with. Their estimator, Edinson, came out a few weeks ago. He was punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, and didn't try to oversell me on anything — he told me exactly what needed to be done and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. The installation was just as impressive. Anthony and Brian installed my Tesla Wall Connector and could not have been nicer. They clearly knew their stuff and did the entire job in almost half the time I was originally quoted. They showed up early, worked neatly, and were efficient from start to finish — no mess, no wasted time, no surprises. Today Zack came by and installed two Ring flood cams, an outdoor GFI plug, and a new Ring front door cam — including tracking down and replacing a transformer that nobody else had ever been able to locate. He was incredible. A great electrician, a really nice guy, and a true professional from start to finish. From scheduling to estimate to every install, this has been a first-class experience. It's rare these days to find a company this knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. If you need electrical work done right, I highly recommend B Q Electric!

Normally we don't look forward to home repairs of any kind, but our experience with BQ Electric far surpassed our expectations. First Joe gave us a detailed, free on-site estimate to swap out an old ceiling fan. We appreciated Joe's knowledge/professionalism so much that we gave him a deposit immediately. Two days later Steve and Francisco (fabulous techs) arrived on time and did the complex, time-consuming job perfectly. They took away all debris and left our space immaculate. BQ isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. After all who wants to stint on electrical work? Highly recommend!
