They were very easy to get ahold of and schedule with. They came out quickly and helped us with a leak. They did a great job helping us with the leak and making sure everything was taken care of. Update: I scheduled with them again to replace my gas line and again they did a great job. They kept me updated about all their work. I’m very thankful for Brian and Jerry. I highly recommend Brian and Jerry!

Ebuka Ezeah and his apprentice installed a new sump pump and battery for our home today. They were so nice to work with. They were clean making sure to wear booties over their shoes and cleaned up after. They were professional and knowledgeable. Bowers Plumbing messaged us prior to arrival, and the job was accomplished on time.

We recently had Taylor Finch with Bower’s Plumbing install a tankless hot water heater in our home, and we could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, his communication was outstanding — he kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the entire process stress-free. The workmanship was excellent, and it’s clear he truly takes pride in his work. Everything was completed professionally, neatly, and with great attention to detail. Called Bowers Plumbing and within 2 days they were out to give me an estimate on replacing a well pump. Showed up per their schedule and gave an assessment of what was wrong and how to fix it. Within a couple of hours I had running water again. No more carrying 5 gallon buckets of water to the horse trough. Thank You Bowers Plumbing and especially Justin Dewan and his helper for doing such a quick and professional job. Will definitely be on my list if I need plumbing work done in the future.

***REVISED EDIT AFTER INITIALLY GIVING 1/5 stars*** Called Bowers after the AC in my house went out. After Bowers first visit, my AC was unfortunately still not working so I initially left a very disappointed review. Derek, presumably the owner, called me and asked me to give them a chance to make it right. They sent out a second technician named Michael, who was very knowledgeable and did quick work in a very hot attic. Very thankful the team at Bowers were willing to stand behind their guarantees and warranties, and made it right at no extra cost, which is well beyond what I expected them to do. What started as, frankly, a poor experience ended on a very positive note (and a cool house, thank God).
