This Book Off is great! It may look small, but there is a lot of variety of merchandise in great condition. I could browse all day! Also, Tanaka-san is wonderful!! He was super helpful and kind. Even though I can't speak Japanese, he stuck with me while I was picking out my desired cards and made sure I was really happy with my choices.

Every time I visit downtown Yokosuka, I make sure to stop by here. This is a great second hand store for all sorts of media. They have a large variety of vintage video games from SNES to modern systems like PS5 and the Switch. Lots of CDs and DVDs, anime/game figures, books and manga. If you are a Pokemon card collector, you can buy packs or specific individuals here as well. Since it's a second hand shop, inventory is constantly switching out, but I find something I "need" every time.
Very nice place. Small and not guaranteed to have what you're looking for but they have, in my opinion, a great selection of manga. Video game prices are a bit all over the place but there's some sneaky good deals.
