Their work really skyrocketed our organic traffic and boosted our visibility and credibility online. The review platform has worked really well for us too! We have an older demographic of customers and we have always sturggled to get over technological barriers to get reviews from our customers but the sms based automation, with easy prompts and sentiment analysis helped us get more reviews and capture more service issues that we wouldn't otherwise hear so we could resolve them for our customers. On top of being very good at what they do, the team are also just lovely and super easy to work with and frequently were able to offer help and advice outside of the scope of work they were doing for us - they were just genuinely invested in seeing our business grow.
