I had a fantastic experience working with the team from Blue Horizons. They worked with me to pick a new theme for a shopify store, build and customise everything and provide ongoing tweaks and changes. They built some very bespoke parts for us to really communicate what our in store experience is like for our online customers and I think the redesign really achieves this, makes the website much more shop-able and also much easier to change seasonally and to promote certain aspects of the business as things change. We have also enjoyed some free of charge on going support and will be using the paid support offering in future as it is so reasonably priced. We wanted to find someone local that could help us with finding a new Shopify theme that would achieve more of what we needed on our eCommerce site. Tess managed our account and was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to achieve 98% of what we wanted within budget.
