Blossom used to be one of our regular dining spots, which is why this recent visit was particularly disappointing. The food quality has shown a marked decline. The Peking duck was dry and tough, and the usual condiments (cucumber, scallions and sauce) were served in a small bowl rather than the proper platter they used to come in, making the presentation feel noticeably diminished. The braised pork belly also differed noticeably from the presentation shown on the menu. More disappointing, however, was an interaction with a staff member named Nelly, who appeared to be part of the management team as she was dressed in a black suit. Midway through our meal, she asked, “You guys don’t eat vegetables ah?” — despite the fact that we had already ordered half a Peking duck, braised roast pork, beancurd chicken claypot, corn crab soup and fish maw crab soup. The remark felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and came across as oddly judgmental about our ordering choices. We simply replied that we order what we enjoy eating, but the exchange left an unpleasant impression for the rest of the meal. The restaurant itself remains an elegant space, which makes the decline in food quality and service standards all the more disappointing. For a restaurant located within Marina Bay Sands, the overall experience was well below expectations. Unfortunately, this visit makes it unlikely that we will return.

Awesome food and the highlight was definitely the Peking duck - absolutely worth it! The service was amazing, and we’re so grateful they accommodated our last-minute reservation, especially since it was such a busy CNY period (with some festive price increases and special menus). Special thanks to Jasmine, Michelle, and Emilia for taking such great care of us throughout the meal. They offer a wide range of dishes, from reasonably priced options to more upscale selections, so it’s best to check the menu carefully - you wouldn’t want to be surprised by a $200+ soup for one serving 😅 That said, we were glad there were still good value options available, especially the Peking duck we were craving. Beautiful setting inside MBS too. It was a lovely dinner!

Service and food is very good! But kinda pricey. The chestnuts and vegetarian thingy was quite special. The clams in broth also quite unique. The mian Xian was very tasty and not oily. The Peking duck is good and the staff helps to wrap for you. The longevity peach buns were soft and fluffy too.

Carol was so hospitable introducing dishes to us. Along with her efficient colleague Queenie who didn’t give us a chance at topping up our tea. We had a lovely meal here. All the dishes ordered were truly delicious! Thank you for the service and the amazing food!
