I can certainly put substance on paper, but Britt turns my rather dry, boring texts into a work of art. The texts I receive back make me so happy. On top of that, she is a pleasant and great person to work with. She listens and remembers well what you’ve said, and I notice that she incorporates that into her writing. She views feedback on the texts as pure refinement and a learning opportunity to better understand me and my field. This collaboration makes me happy!!
