A reasonably new 5 stage home complex in Norzagaray just 6 klm from San Jose Del Monte. Homes are new and whilst they are still going through teething problems, long term at the completion of the new Bulucan airport being constructed by San Miguel the well known and popular beer company this complex should offer good accommodation for those associated with the airport and ancillary services. Homes are reasonably well constructed and their are some units still under construction, for those wishing to see construction methods. Power and water is available and connected at each home so it is purchase walk in and enjoy. Good rental prospects and with a small amount of improvements these become an excellent asset to owners or landlords. Security at the gate entrance controls entry and exit. And many tenants have already set up sari sari stores and other miscellaneous items. A 7-Eleven store at the entrance to the service road has excellent stock and supplies of all necessities.

The customer service nor their staffs are not responsive at all! Someone named Van had contacted me regarding the title deed transfer but later just vanished and didn't response at all from October 2024. Now I don't know to whom I can communicate as none of them would be willing to assist despite of several emails that I've sent, I'm working abroad and I pay my monthly dues right on time.

There's a Property Manager onsite for the awarding of properties and the engineers are there too if you need to print out the plan for the property. The streets are quite small but the neighborhood is friendly. Has a gate and a security guard at the entrance too.

Some of the streets are not well tended, grass is not trimmed and pavements are dusty or muddy if raining.
