Lydia Michael at Blended Collective brought structure, clarity, and sharp strategic insight to our branding and positioning work while still respecting that the final direction needed to remain ours as founders. Overall, we had an excellent experience working with her through the Oakland Thrive grant program. Through focused brainstorming and guided exercises, she helped us expand our creativity, test out ideas, sharpen our language, and come to a consensus on outcomes that were both marketable and authentic to our long-term vision. During our engagements, we finalized a new flagship product name, VeloxiTuner, and rebranded one of our subsidiaries from Extracurricular Engineering Solutions to doing business as MindFuel Engineering. Both outcomes were meaningful, durable decisions that we are confident moving forward with. Lydia is thoughtful, efficient, and genuinely collaborative. I worked with Lydia Micheal to refresh, rebrand and refocus my business website to my ideal clients and services and she was amazing at really "getting" me and my business in a short amount of time. She helped me tremendously - strategically to position my unique brand and coaching services, and tactically in reviewing and editing my website and marketing message.
