Amazing food and service. A dinner ribble 4 course costs 65++ for dinner..not sure where else you can find it. It is on a Tuesday though so better ask in advance! Easily costs north of 100 elsewhere. Juicy piece of meat i had, very evenly done. Could not ask for more. Truffle fries and brocoli are add on but you can skip that if you are a small eater. You will struggle to finish!

The food and drinks here are awesome, but what truly stands out is the service. A special mention to Tshering, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and warm throughout our visit. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of, always checking in at the right moments without being intrusive. Her cheerful personality, professionalism, and thoughtful service really elevated the whole dining experience. It is rare to come across someone so sincere and service-oriented. Thank you, Tshering, for making our visit such a pleasant and memorable one!

I booked this place to celebrate my bestie’s bridal shower, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. The atmosphere was chill, cozy, and perfect for a special gathering. The food was great—everything we had was enjoyable! What really made the experience even better was the service. We had such a wonderful time here, and it made the celebration even more memorable. Definitely a place I would come back to again!

The environment here is fantastic and not noisy at all. Today is my girlfriend's first birthday celebration with me. I'm so grateful to Tshering for all the surprises I planned for her. By the way, the staff here are all very friendly and have lovely smiles. I think this is the best restaurant in Singapore. I highly recommend it!

My BFF recommended Perle Noire after celebrating her birthday here, so I decided to bring my hubby too. The set menu was quite filling for me, and we also ordered a few sides to try. The beef was really good — even our friends who joined us for dinner complimented it! A special shout-out to Tshering. She’s so enthusiastic in her work, gives great food recommendations, and even helped us take photos. We also received complimentary bread and a birthday dessert. At just 19, she shows so much passion and pride in what she does — really impressive! Oh yes, if you’re an oyster fan, go on Wednesdays!
