Good place to enjoy a quiet drink and meal. Has plenty of Thai food options like tom yam seafood and various noodles dishes. They also have a selection of wine and beer but the only tower they have is Carlsberg.

Came across this outlet at BKK Bistro & Bar, which is actually the same crew from ORTO, and honestly, it tasted exactly the same — no compromise at all. The herbal and tom yum boat noodles were both on point, super flavourful, and perfectly balanced. If I had to pick, we personally preferred the rice noodles over the glass noodles, but either way, everything hit. The price is honestly crazy — only $0.80 per bowl! We ordered quite a lot and our total came up to just $12.50. Couldn’t even believe our eyes when the bill came. Considering how tasty everything was, this easily became one of my favourite supper spots in SG. Another bonus: the place closes at 2am, so it’s perfect if you’re out late and craving something comforting and affordable. The vibe is casual, quick, and perfect for a late-night bite with friends. Honestly, if you’re missing ORTO’s boat noodles or just want cheap, shiok noodles late at night, this spot is a must-try. Full marks for flavour, price, and convenience. Rating: 10/10 🍜💯

This evening, my family and I dined at your restaurant and ordered a lala claypot. Towards the end of the meal, while I was drinking the soup, I discovered a cockroach inside the pot. By the time we noticed it, we had almost finished our meal. Although the staff offered to replace the dish with a new one, I had completely lost my appetite due to the incident. While the final bill was waived, the experience was extremely unpleasant and distressing. Discovering a cockroach in the food raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety, and it caused significant discomfort to both myself and my family.

Visited Bangkok bistro and bar to sample their boat noodles, as recommended by a friend. The establishment also offers mookata, which I intend to try on a future visit. I arrived for dinner at approximately 6:30 p.m. The restaurant was not yet crowded, but tables were beginning to fill. Both indoor and outdoor seating options are available. I initially intended to sit indoors, but upon entering, I found the temperature uncomfortably warm. I believe that the air conditioning was not turned on. I ordered 5 bowls of different type of noodles, meat and flavors (rice or glass noodles with Herb or Tom Yum Soup and pork/beef meat). Also ordered Cripsy Pork Belly with Honey Mustard sauce and Thai Green Milk Tea. The 5 bowls of noodles and my drink came quick around 10 min but the Crispy Pork Belly was quite slow to serve. I finish all my noodles and waited around another 10 min just for the crispy pork belly. Not sure if they have forgotten the order until I asked. The herbal flavored soup was quite flavorful, however, I believe the Tom Yum flavor could use a bit more spice. The soup was on the sweeter side. Service was fast except for the delayed Crispy Pork Belly which I mentioned earlier. Overall, still a good restaurant if you looking at having boat noodles in Woodlands area.

The one thing that left a deep impression when visiting this restaurant is the friendliness of the staff. They all appear genuinely happy to be working there and serving the customers. While the seating capacity in the restaurant is limited, they have an outdoor space if the heat from the sun is bearable. They only start operation at 5pm and so, you are not getting direct sunlight for long. The offering of food and drinks is quite extensive and while slightly pricey for the portion, they were flavorful. The music in the restaurant was a little too loud for customers to have a decent conversation.
