On National Day Eve, my AC broke down. William responded to my urgent call and quickly arranged for a temporary unit to be delivered the very next day. His team was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting me with any questions or issues. If you're ever in a bind without an AC, I highly recommend William and his team. Their prompt service and excellent customer support were invaluable.
best experience using bizcooler at public health service 2023. Without them, the venue would have been so warm and unbearable. Thankfully their coolers came in clutch especially for the many waiting screening participants and for our mascot personnel whom used the coolers to cool down.
Found them on Google. Compared to another more popular aircon rental service, their price was more competitive. Service by William is impeccable and he was very accommodating to the time requested of 1030 to 1130am. The crew came to set up 2 x 20k BTU units punctually and were very quick and professional. They taught me how to use their aircon and I was impressed that they bothered to wipe their units before leaving. I was trying to adjust the position of one of the units and the man came back to help me even though he already "left"! Thank you for entertaining my small order (only 2 units for 24 hrs). The aircon really helped to cool the space in my home and I'm very satisfied. Will definitely look for you guys again if we need rental aircons!
bizzz cooler is a life saver! amazing air coolers kept our outdoor event area cool for our volunteers and participants, while the freezer helped to keep the drinks cold throughout the day. staff were friendly and easy to work with as well :)
