I recently encountered significant challenges getting my business approved on Google, and my account was suspended. We have been so pleased with Danny Bartlett and Cassidee from BizIQ for all of the hard work and persistence in getting our Google business account issue corrected. Our business account was hacked a few years ago and merged with a business in another state with all of our details including phone number except for the location. It resulted in daily calls from out of state wanting our service and created loss of local business due to the location change. We tried several avenues including numerous attempts with google to correct our issue without success. When Danny at BizIQ started this process he worked diligently and went out of his way to work with us to be sure this was finally corrected. We cannot say enough good things about Danny, Cassidee and BizIQ and are beyond pleased with all that they did and would HIGHLY recommend them.

We have experienced a 25% or better uptick in Google traffic after we signed up. Many of those customers continue to patronize us. It has been 18 months since we signed up. Very professional website and support as they claimed. I really appreciate the analytics and the phone support- the check up calls and the friendly people at Biz IQ. Feel free to call us at The Foto Shop in Lansing Illinois- I would be glad to speak with you for a bit. Take a look at our new web site. I am surprised that this works- I have tried Yelp and another web enhancement. Both were a waste of $. This works.

I love the fact that BizIQ is affordable for my small business. Melissa Averett does a great job of updating my web pages quickly and efficiently, because I need customers to see our most updated selection of products.
