I'm disappointed with the service at this tech shop. 9 months ago, I had them remove my laptop battery and was told that if I returned with the receipt to get a replacement, the labor fee would be free. When I came back with the money to purchase the new battery, they refused to honor their word, stating the receipt was 'too old' and charging me the full, expensive labor fee again. This lack of consideration and honesty is unacceptable. I won't be a returning customer.
DON'T BRING YOUR DEVICES TO BITSTOP. THEY CAN'T FIX YOUR DEVICES. THEIR ENGINEERS ARE INCOMPETENT.
NGL had my laptop serviced (cleaning) they did not clean the ports and my laptop ended up with more issues to begin with if there was a negative star I would totally 100 percent no cap gonna give them negative stars please is your just gonna make a quick buck just shut down at this point my fan was working fine until i got it fixed now its loose and making all sorts of sounds 10/10 never going back
