Hi Yogesh, we got the Wordpress website done through you mid of this year. But are still waiting for the login button to be added. We tried contacting you via Whatsapp and email but there has been no response since September. Hence we thought of sending a message from here. This is unlike you and hence we are surprised with this behaviour. If you are not interested in continuing work, then it is fine but as a professional you should let us know and provide us the full access rights to the website so that we are not left in the lurch and can find alternate options. Thanks. Hi Dipen, (editing my review to reply), thank you as finally we received a reply. Please check with Yogesh the details of additional payment as we have not received any such communication. If you have anything please do forward. The reason for writing here is that the communication just stopped without any reason. The brief was simple - we have a old website on a different platform and we want it on wordpress. Whatever price was quoted was paid in advance but there is still a feature (login) to be added. Next iOS was a separate project which caused issues not by us by a different platform which you experts were aware of. Everything was transparent. That was resolved wherein we supported equally without any reduction in charges. Our demand was give us a working app and we shall pay. And that is not under discussion here as the payment was made after receiving a working app. (Edit 2) - As we said before we are totally fine if you don't want to work with us but exit in a professional way by handing over the things is the request. (Edit 3) - I hope your team has received a number of password change requests today. That is coz we have forgotten the wordpress id and password. When we press "forgot password", recovery pw is being sent to your bitcode infotech email id. This is what we mean by a proper handover when closing a business relationship and not leaving someone in the lurch. Hope you can understand our frustration. We have had a good working relationship with Yogesh and hence said "surprised". We can delete this review and take this discussion on an email id, if you can provide us one as the current id we have of yours is unresponsive, in order to close the final things. Thanks. Prax
