Good vibes and good food overall, which is why this feedback is a little disappointing to give as I’ve been here multiple times before and have consistently enjoyed both the food and service. Today’s experience was the exception. I ordered the beef medium rare, but unfortunately most of the pieces served were closer to well done. I gave it 3 chances (three pieces) throughout the meal before i showed the staff the different pieces. To their credit, the staff were polite and did check with the kitchen. They later returned with a slice to show that the beef was “indeed medium rare”, though unfortunately the rest of the serving I received still did not reflect that. Service attitude remained good, and the overall atmosphere was still enjoyable, which is why I’m leaving this as constructive feedback rather than a bad review. Hoping this was just an off day, because I’ve genuinely had much better experiences here previously and would still be open to coming back again.
We got the Mentaiko Udon, and the Truffle Angel Hair Pasta, both were quite average. The udon noodles were soft and had a sour aftertaste, tastes like supermarket packaged udon, while the pasta did not have much flavour (no truffle taste). The mushroom soup and mashed potatoes were good though. Maybe we just ordered the wrong stuff 🤷🏻♀️
Loved the overall experience at this bistro! The pasta smells heavenly, though the sauce was a bit too thick for my personal taste. On the other hand, the chicken chop was a real standout — crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Really delicious. The staff were also attentive and polite throughout the meal. Would still recommend giving this place a try!
A cozy bistro tucked in the neighborhood with a chill atmosphere. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely “jio” my colleagues here for our next gathering since it’s so nearby.
Food came out really fast and all the dishes were so tasty! Can use CDC too, superb value for money! Love the casual atmosphere. Mushroom soup is the chunky authentic kind. Mashed potato was so yummy and great main dishes! Really good food, will return. Hidden gem nestled in an unassuming location.
